Inderpal Singh Kochhar, Managing Director of Sewara, has always been passionate about gardening and farming. It has been his aim to reduce the amount of imported or processed food that is served to Sewara's guests.

As a result, Sewara Organics born out of this want to reduce the carbon footprint of the brand, and inculcating service of fresh produce at all properties starting with the menu at Lodi - The Garden Restaurant.

Rooted in our role as guardians of India's environmental heritage, Sewara Organics is commitment to nuture the ecological legacy passed down to us through generations. We focus on integrating natural living with a Contemporary outlook, creating a source for healthy lifestyle option which is easily available for the urban milieu.
